Steps:
Step 1: Choose Avatar → Setting.
Step 2: Choose Attendance → Attendance Machine.
Step 3: Choose Connect and display Connection Successful.
Step 4: In the Configuration section, select Create New and enter the required information.
Name: The name of the time attendance machine
Start Date of Operation: The date to activate the machine.
Branch: Choose the applicable branch
Connection Type: Software for indirect connections and RonaldJack, Hikvision for direct connections.
Device IP, Port, Password: According to the information from the provider.
Step 5: Go to the Time Attendance Connection tab to start the connection. Click Download to download the connection software to the system.
Step 7: Install the software on the computer.
Step 8: After successful installation of the software, open the software and go to the Settings section.
Step 9: Copy the connection password from Tanca Web to the software on the computer.
Step 10: Check again on the Tanca admin system under the Time Attendance Machine list.
Step 11: The connection status will change to Loading Log. If it fails, check the IP, Port, and password again.
Step 12: When the connection status is completed, check the connection data on the Attendance Sheet.
Note: Some notes about the time attendance machine:
Check the connection history to verify the connection with the time attendance machine.
Check the employee's attendance code in the Attendance -> Configuration -> Time Attendance Machine -> List of Time Attendance Machines and click on the Employee List button.
