Introduction: Here you manage the resumes of job applicants

1. Linked Profile

Introduction: In this section, we guide you on how to copy the link to the Hiring position to attach to Hiring posts on social networking sites such as Facebook, Zalo,... From there, candidates can click on the link and fill in basic information according to the Hiring position form template and attach their CVs, the system will automatically create a new candidate.

Step 1: Log in to the website and go to the Hiring section.

Step 2: Select the Hiring Positions section.

Step 3: At the end of each Hiring position, click the three dots and share the Hiring post.

Step 4: Paste it into the job posting

2. Add manually

Introduction: In this section, you can add new candidates to the Tanca system.

Step 1: Log in to the website and go to the Hiring section.

Step 2: Select the Candidates section.

Step 3: Create a new candidate profile and fill in the required information.

Step 4: Click on the Done button to complete the process.

3. Import Excel File

Introduction: In this section, you can add a new list of candidates to the Tanca system using an Excel file.

Step 1: Log in to the website and go to the Hiring section.

Step 2: Select the Candidates section.

Step 3: Click on the Create new button, then click on the triangle and select Import file.

Step 4: Download the sample file in step 1 (on the screen), update the information in the file, then upload it in step 2 (on the screen) and click Import.
