Overlap Shifts

Introduction: Duplicate schedule refers to days where there are overlapping time frames. Misarranging or registering incorrectly can result in duplicate schedules. Tanca does not automatically delete duplicate schedules but allows users to have duplicate schedules for management and deletion of inappropriate shifts.

Steps:

Step 1: Log in to the website and go to the Timesheet section. 

Step 2: Note that the filter is set to "View by Overlap" option. 

Step 3: Check for duplicate shifts to delete inappropriate shifts.

FAQ:

• Why does Tanca still allow creating duplicate shifts?

Due to different calculations of working hours for different shifts and sometimes managers may not remember these data, Tanca still displays overlapping shifts so that managers can review and delete inaccurate shifts.
