Type of payroll table

The type of payroll table is the original payroll that has pre-set formulas for the initial implementation. Each month, this formula-based payroll type will be used to calculate salaries.

Step 1: Payroll → click on the $ symbol, which represents the payroll type.

Step 2: Select Create.

Step 3: Fill in the basic information.

Payroll Information

  • Salary Name: Name of the payroll.
  • Branch: The branch that applies this payroll.
  • Paid Method: One-time payment, hourly, monthly, or daily.

Payroll Formula

Set up the payroll formula.

If the required information fields are available in the system, use the data from the menu bar.

If you need to set up addition, subtraction, multiplication, division formulas, or Excel-like functions, select the Formula column and enter the formula.

Choose Settings → Copy keywords → Set up formulas based on keywords.

Input Column: Customers can manually enter information outside the formula into the payroll.

Step 4: Select Create.
