Creating Workflows

You will be able to clearly see which tasks are planned, which tasks are in progress, and which tasks are completed. You can easily adjust the workflows to ensure the best steps, and your team will know at which step of the workflow they are, making it easier to complete the tasks.

Adding or removing people from the project

Steps:

Step 1: Choose Tasks

Step 2: Choose … → Edit project. 

Step 3: Add or remove information such as Branch/Department/Team members as needed. 

Cloning a project

Steps:

Step 1: Choose Tasks

Step 2: Choose … → Clone project. 

Adding a task

Steps:

Step 1: Choose Tasks

Step 3: Choose Add Task to create a new task. 

Rating a project

Steps:

Step 1: Choose Tasks

Step 2: Choose icon next to the project name.

Selecting a project icon

Steps:

Step 1: Choose Tasks

Step 2: Choose the icon of the project group before the project name. 

Step 3: You can choose the color or icon you want to change.
