Exporting Excel Data of Task Hours and Task Filters

Step 1: select Export Excel → Choose to export by workday or work hours → By Task → By employee or department.
Step 2: Select the task and the time period you want to export → Click OK.

Step 3: Open the Excel file to view the actual hours employees spent on assigned tasks.

Filter Assigned Tasks by Department:
Step 1: Select View by Employee by Department → by Day → View by Task.

Step 2: Click the filter icon → Filter by Task → Apply. The system will display the number of employees with assigned tasks in each department.
