Scheduling by Branch, Employee, Department and Importing files

Managers can organize work schedules for employees by shift, allowing employees to be aware of their work schedules. When shifts are arranged or changed, the system will notify employees of their schedules. There are five methods for managers to arrange shifts in the system: Arrange Shifts by Branch Arrange Shifts by Employee Arrange Shifts by Department Arrange Shifts by Importing a File Copy Shifts Overlap Shifts

Scheduling by branch

Step 1: Choose Timesheet.

Step 2: Choose Scheduling

Step 3: Choose the branch you want to arrange shifts for. 

Step 4: Choose the Add to add employees to the shift or the Trash to remove employees from the shift. 

Scheduling by employee

Step 1: Choose Timesheet.

Step 2: Choose Staff by day/week/month/period → choose + on the Time Sheet. 

Step 3: Choose the shift you want to add. Note that you can choose multiple shifts in one day

Scheduling by department

Step 1: Choose Timesheet.

Step 2: Choose Department by day/week/month/period → choose + on the Time Sheet.  

Step 3: Choose the shift you want to add. Note that you can choose multiple shifts in one day. 

Scheduling by importing a file

Step 1: Choose Timesheet.

Step 2: Choose  Import time tracking data →  Import Shift Data.

Step 3: Download the template.

Step 4: Enter shift keywords in the file. 

 

Step 5: Upload the file to the system → Import. 

Copying Shifts 

Step 1: Choose Timesheet.

Step 2: Choose Copy shift 

Step 3: Choose Branch and Department.

Step 4: Choose the Week you want to copy
