Notes on personal data

  • This is where identity documents are kept — the most sensitive personal data in the profile. Carefully check who has permission to view this tab in the Permissions section (article B2-17).
  • Only store documents the company truly needs for its legal obligations. Collecting more than necessary is a risk, not an advantage.
  • Photos must be clear, show all four corners, and have no glare. Blurry copies will have to be requested again when needed for legal procedures.
  • When an employee leaves, handle their documents according to the company's retention policy instead of keeping them indefinitely.
