Where scanned copies of each employee's paperwork are stored: citizen ID, diplomas, résumé, health check certificates. A replacement for the paper filing cabinet.

Three buttons
| Button | Used to |
|---|---|
| Create folder | Create a folder to organize documents by group |
| Create new | Create a new document |
| Upload | Upload a file from your computer. This button is only enabled when you are inside a folder. |
In the empty state, the Upload button is grayed out. You must Create folder first before you can upload files. This is where first-time users often think the system is broken.
Recommended folder structure
- Identity documents — citizen ID, passport, household registration book
- Degrees & certificates — diplomas, vocational certificates
- Recruitment records — CV, application, interview results
- Contracts & addenda — if you don't use electronic contracts
- Medical — pre-employment and periodic health check certificates
Notes on personal data
- This is where identity documents are kept — the most sensitive personal data in the profile. Carefully check who has permission to view this tab in the Permissions section (article B2-17).
- Only store documents the company truly needs for its legal obligations. Collecting more than necessary is a risk, not an advantage.
- Photos must be clear, show all four corners, and have no glare. Blurry copies will have to be requested again when needed for legal procedures.
- When an employee leaves, handle their documents according to the company's retention policy instead of keeping them indefinitely.
