Web account
You need to register a Tanca account before logging in.
Step 1: Select the Login option
Step 2: Select the login methods below
Step 2.1: Login with phone number
● Enter your phone number
● Receive and enter the OTP code into the system
Note: If the phone number is not in the Admin system, the employee will not be able to log in. You need to add the employee's phone number to the system first.
Step 2.2: Login with Email
● Enter your email
● Enter the OTP code sent to your email or the password you created
Note: If the email is not in the Admin system, the employee will not be able to log in. You need to add the employee's email to the system first. The system will send a new email to the employee's email to activate the account.
Step 2.3: Login with Google
● Select the Google icon and continue.
● Follow the instructions.

Step 2.4: Login with Facebook
● Select the Facebook icon and continue.
● Follow the instructions.

Step 2.5: Login with QR Code Scan
● Select the QR Code icon on the Web.
● In the Tanca app, go to the More section.
● Select the QR Code icon.
● Select the Scan QR Code icon on the App.
● Scan the QR code.
