  • What happens if a shift is forgotten to be scheduled for an employee?

If a manager forgets to schedule a shift for an employee, they can reschedule it afterward. The attendance data will be filled in again for the shift when it is rescheduled for the employee.

  • Why doesn't a new employee's shift appear on the attendance sheet?

There are two reasons why a shift may not appear on the attendance sheet. First, when creating a new employee, the region, branch, or department may need to be remembered to be selected. Second, when creating a shift, the new employee may not have been added to the shift setup.

  • Why does an employee have multiple shifts on the attendance sheet, and how to resolve it?

An employee having multiple shifts on the attendance sheet is due to being configured in various shifts. There are two ways to resolve this issue. First, fixed shifts can have an expiration time set for the shift. Second, double-check the fixed shifts to see if any shifts are already scheduled for the employee.
