Setup

| The project template library is empty? | Correct — Tanca doesn't include prebuilt templates. Build your company's standard project and save it as a template. See article B10-02 |
| Can I add an entire department to a project? | Yes — the Members field lets you select a Department instead of individual people, and new people joining the department are included automatically. See article B10-02 |
| Where do I create workflow steps? | Project › Configuration › Task groups. Each group is a column on the Kanban board. See article B10-03 |
| The columns on the Kanban board are in reverse order? | Groups created later appear first. Workaround: create the steps in reverse order. See article B10-03 |

| Can I set a task to repeat weekly? | Yes — use the repeat icon in the due date dialog. See article B10-05 |
| Attach files to a task? | Not available yet — the Documents tab says the attachment feature is still being finalized. For now, put file links in the Description field. See article B10-01 |
| Can I create automation rules? | Not yet — the system says the backend needs to publish the list of triggers and actions. Existing rules can be turned on/off. See article B10-04 |
| Mention someone who isn't the assignee? | Type `@` and choose a name in the task's comment box. See article B10-08 |
Management and reporting
