Instructions on how to clock in with AI Camera

When you clock in using the AI camera, the data will be synced to the Tanca system. You can check your clock-in data on your phone and the management system. Here are some notes when clocking in with the AI camera: The clock-in distance should be between 1-4 meters. It's recommended to move slowly and, if possible, stop in front of the camera for 1 second to ensure recognition. If there are many employees, move slowly. The camera can recognize people wearing masks, but it's recommended to remove the mask. Do not wear hats that cover your face or eyes. Avoid walking diagonally; the ideal angle is between 45 to 90 degrees. Check your phone (if possible) after the camera flashes to ensure the data has been successfully recorded.

Step 1: Download the Tanca app from the app store.

Step 2: Log in with your existing account.

Step 3: Check the notifications when clocking in with AI Camera.

Step 4: Review your attendance history in the Attendance section to calculate your working hours.

Q&A:

Question 1: Why am I not receiving notifications on my phone?
Answer: Normally, you will receive an immediate notification when clocking in through the AI Camera. However, in some cases, notifications may be delayed due to the following reasons:

  1. Disruption in the internet connection from Vietnam to international servers.
  2. Notification provider of Tanca is experiencing data overload issues.
  3. Disruptions in the connections between Tanca and Hanet.
In any of these cases, you can check your clock-in history on your phone to see if the data has been recorded.

Question: Why does the AI Camera show a successful clock-in, but I am not recorded?
Answer: This may be due to incorrectly set allowed clock-in and clock-out times. Please review and adjust the time settings accordingly.

Question 2: Why does the AI Camera not recognize me even though I am standing in front of it?
Answer: Normally, once the camera has recognized you, it will not record you again immediately when you stand in front of it. You should turn your face away from the camera and then look back to check if it records your presence.
