Sending emails to candidates

You can quickly send an email notification about the interview schedule to the candidate. Simply select the scheduled interview, and the system will automatically send detailed information about the time, location, and any necessary instructions, helping the candidate be well-informed and prepared for the meeting.

Step 1: Choose Hiring. 

Step 2: Choose Hiring position you want to view. 

Step 3: Choose a candidate.

Step 4: Choose Tasks → Mail. 

Note: Before sending an email to a candidate, you must first create an email template. Also, you must enter the candidate's email address when creating a new candidate
