The system allows you to view comments and scores from each member of the recruitment team, helping you compile and analyze opinions to make accurate hiring decisions. This feature ensures that all perspectives are considered and the candidate evaluation process becomes transparent and comprehensive.

Step 5: Evaluate the overall and individual evaluation criteria.
