Check your timesheet once a week; don't wait until payday. Errors caught early are easy to fix; errors caught after the timesheet is closed are much more complicated.
Steps
- Open the Tanca app or log in on a computer.
- Go to your personal timesheet or attendance calendar section.
- Select the month you want to view.
- Compare each day against the work you actually did.

| Missing clock-in/out | One of the two ends is missing | Submit an explanation request right away |
| No clock-in | There is a shift but no data | Submit an explanation request right away |
| Paid leave | The leave request has been approved | Nothing |

| Shift locked | That month's timesheet has been closed | If there is an error, contact HR |
Check once a week, on Monday. It takes two minutes, and you still have the whole month to fix anything wrong. If you wait until payday to discover missing working days, the timesheet will already be locked and you'll have to wait for an adjustment in the next period.
If your working days count is wrong
- Check the status of the specific day.
- If you worked but the system didn't record it, submit an explanation request (article B6-23).
- If you submitted a request but the timesheet hasn't changed, check whether the request has been approved.
- If the request has been approved but the timesheet is still wrong, notify HR.
Timesheet and payslip
The timesheet is your working days; the payslip is the amount of money. If the working days are wrong, the money will be wrong too. Check your timesheet during the month, and check your payslip when you get paid — see article A3-04.
