Employee | Clock In with an Attendance Machine and AI Camera

Two ways to clock in without a phone. For employees in factories, warehouses, and locations where the company has installed on-site devices.

Fingerprint or card attendance machine

  1. Place your finger on the machine, or swipe your card.
  2. Wait for the machine to confirm success — usually a beep and a green light.
  3. At the end of your shift, do exactly the same thing again.
  • No need to open the app, no phone needed.
  • Data reaches the system according to the sync schedule, so the timesheet may not update immediately.
  • Wet, dirty or very dry fingers are hard to recognize. Dry your hands before placing your finger.

AI Camera

  1. Walk past the camera at the entrance.
  2. The camera recognizes you automatically; you don't need to do anything.
  3. Look straight ahead and slow down a little as you pass the camera.
  • Remove your face mask and sunglasses when walking past.
  • Wearing a helmet or a cap that covers your face will prevent the camera from recognizing you.
  • If the camera doesn't recognize you, don't just keep going — tell your shift manager the same day.

SCREENSHOT TO BE ADDED — photos of the attendance machine and the AI Camera position at an actual work location

Clocking in for someone else violates company rules at most businesses, and the system has detection mechanisms — the AI Camera stores photos, and the AI Intelligence engine scans for unusual patterns. If you forget to clock in, submit an explanation request; it takes less than a minute.

Check again after clocking in

Open the app or web and view your personal timesheet at the end of the day (article B6-24). If there is still no data for that day after 24 hours, notify your manager or HR — the machine may not have synced yet.
