Three ways to sign in, and what to do when you can't get in.
Three ways to sign in
| Method | Use when |
|---|---|
| Phone number | The phone number HR entered in your profile |
| The work email entered in your profile | |
| Your work email is a Google account |
The phone number and email used to sign in are what HR entered in your profile, not just any number you happen to use. If you can't sign in, the first thing to do is ask HR which information is registered in your profile.
Changing your password
- Sign in to the system.
- Open your personal profile.
- Change your password in the account information section.
- Passwords must be at least 6 characters.
Forgot your password
Contact the person in charge of HR. They can reset your password right from your profile (article B2-21) and will send you a new password. Change it immediately after your first sign-in.
If you can't sign in
| Symptom | Solution |
|---|---|
| Account not found error | You entered the wrong phone number or email. Ask HR for the registered information. |
| Incorrect password error | Ask HR to reset your password. |
| Signed in but the screen is blank | Your profile hasn't been assigned a branch or department. Ask HR to add it. |
| Signed in but some features are missing | Your access group doesn't have that permission. Notify your manager or HR. |
| Could sign in before, but not now | HR may have just changed the email or phone number in your profile, or your account has been deactivated. Ask HR. |
Keeping your account secure
- Don't share your account with coworkers. Every clock-in, request, and payslip is tied to your account.
- Don't reuse the password from your personal email or social media.
- Sign out when using a shared device.
- If you suspect someone knows your password, change it immediately and notify HR.
