Are anonymous surveys really anonymous?

With conditions. Turning on Anonymous at the survey level only allows anonymous responses; on the submission screen, employees have a separate Submit anonymously toggle, and that toggle is off by default. Anyone who doesn't turn it on themselves submits a response that still includes their identity.

So: include instructions for turning on the toggle in the survey's Description, and don't promote it as “100 % anonymous” until the default behavior is fixed. See B19-03.

Can I schedule a survey to open on a specific date?

Not yet. The creation form only has an End Date; the survey opens as soon as it is published, and the Start Date column in the list is actually the creation date. If you want it to open next Monday, publish it on that day.

I saved a draft and now I can't find it?

After saving, the list returns to the Active filter, so drafts are hidden. Change the filter to All statuses or Draft. Also, drafts don't yet have a direct Publish button: go to Edit, move to step 2, click Create, and then confirm publishing.

Can I edit a survey that already has responses?

Yes, and the system clearly warns you: “This survey already has responses — Changing the content may affect statistical data.” Best avoided: editing questions or answers mid-round makes the results no longer comparable. If you need to make many changes, close the current round and Duplicate it into a new round.

My chart is empty or looks strange?

Open the Individual tab to compare — this tab shows each response exactly. For Multiple-choice grid questions, the number of responses is counted per row, so it is higher than the number of people; take the denominator from the Total responses card at the top of the page. If the chart still doesn't match the Individual tab, submit a support request with a screenshot.

Can I export results to Excel?

Yes — the Export button is in the top-right corner of the Statistics screen. For recurring surveys, export right after closing each round, because Tanca doesn't yet have a screen for comparing periods.

Why can't I upload a cover image?

This is a known issue in the image upload step: the server rejects the file even when it matches the recommended size of 728 × 840 px and is smaller than 20 MB. The issue has been passed to the development team. In the meantime, all surveys use the default cover image — this doesn't affect collecting results.

Search doesn't find a survey I know exists?

The search box is currently diacritic-sensitive: typing `muc do` returns results, but typing `mức độ` doesn't. Type without diacritics.

Polls can't be edited — what do I do?

Correct, polls have no Edit button. If the content is wrong, you have to delete it and create it again — and all votes cast are lost. Re-read the list of options before publishing, and remember to put the question directly in the Title, because the question field in step 2 isn't shown to voters. See B19-04.

Can a deleted survey be recovered?

No. The Surveys module has no trash; deleting is permanent, along with all responses. The confirmation dialog currently doesn't show the survey name or warn how many responses will be lost, so check carefully which row you've opened the menu on. If you just want to stop collecting responses, let the survey expire instead of deleting it.

How does “Send reminder before deadline” work?

This toggle appears after you choose an End Date, but there is currently no field to set how many days in advance to remind, and the default isn't stated. Treat it as an unfinished feature: proactively remind employees through internal announcements (B18-01) instead of relying on it. TO BE CONFIRMED BY THE COMPANY before publishing.
