Setting up a job position involves entering detailed information about the job, skill requirements, and candidate selection criteria. This way, you will standardize the recruitment process, attract suitable candidates, and ensure that all job positions are managed professionally and consistently.

Step 3: Choose Create to create a new job position.

Step 4: Update the information for the job position.

Note:

To select the Pipeline, you need to create the Hiring process first.

To select the Scorecard, you need to create the evaluation table first.

To select the Questionnaire, you need to create the Hiring question set first.

To select the Hiring team, you need to create the Hiring team first.

Step 5: Choose Next to move to next step.

Step 6: Review the information → Choose Next to complete.

Note: The "currently recruiting" or "expired" status of the job position is based on the deadline for submitting Hiring documents.
