List mode
Steps:
Step 1: Choose Tasks.
Step 2: Choose a project.
Step 3: Choose List → choose the task header.
Step 4: Then drag and drop to the position you want to arrange.
Calendar mode
Steps:
Step 1: Choose Tasks.
Step 2: Choose a project.
Step 3: Choose Calendar → choose any date and enter the title of your task → press Enter to create a new task.
Step 4: To edit the details of the task you just created, click on that task.
Note: You can also drag and move tasks from one date to another.
Kanban mode
Steps:
Step 1: Choose Tasks.
Step 2: Choose a project.
Step 3: Choose Board →choose + to add new task.
Note: You can also quickly update information such as Assignee, Deadline, and Priority right at the task card.
Timeline mode
Steps:
Step 1: Choose Tasks.
Step 2: Choose a project.
Step 3: Choose Timeline →choose Add task to add new task.
Note: If you want to link tasks in a sequential manner, for example, you have 2 tasks A and B, you can choose Link as shown in the illustration below, then task B will automatically depend on task A. This means task B will start after task A is completed.
Step 3.1: If you want to view tasks displayed for one or multiple weeks, click on the (+) or (-) sign. Additionally, you can view tasks by hour, day, week, month, quarter, or year.
Step 3.2: You can choose different colors to represent the progress of tasks by default, no color, priority level, or task group.
Step 3.3: To view detailed information about a task such as assignee, deadline, etc., double click on the progress bar or click on the task.
Create Task Groups
Steps:
Step 1: Choose Tasks.
Step 2: Choose a project.
Step 3: Choose "Add Group".
Note: If you want to change the position or order of task groups, you can select "Sort" and then drag and move the task groups accordingly.
Task Search and Filter
If you have a long list of tasks, the filter and search bar will help you minimize the time spent on finding the tasks you need to check.
Steps:
Step 1: Choose Tasks.
Step 2: Choose a project.
Step 3: Choose "Add Filter", there are 7 available filters.
• Filter by completed/uncompleted: The default setting of this filter will display uncompleted tasks. Tasks that you have marked as completed will be hidden in your task list. To find these tasks again, you just need to click on Uncompleted, then select Completed.
Note: In the Completed section, there will be additional time filters, so you can choose to filter completed tasks within a specific time frame. Or you can choose All to display a list of both completed and uncompleted tasks.
• Filter by Group: This filter allows you to filter tasks by each Task Group. Or you can combine the completed filter with the group filter.
Assigned by: Click on Add Filter and select Assigned by. Then choose any member to filter tasks assigned by that member.
Assigned to: Click on Add Filter and select Assigned to. Then choose any member to filter tasks assigned to that member.
Followed by: Click on Add Filter and select Followed by. Then choose any member to filter tasks followed by that member.
Note: In addition, the filter also allows you to select multiple members at the same time.
Label: Click on Add Filter and select Label. Then choose any label type to filter. You can also choose multiple label types to filter at the same time.
Filter by Priority: This filter allows you to filter tasks by 3 priority levels: Low, Medium, or High. You can also choose more than 2 priority levels in the filter if desired.
Due Date: Click on Add Filter and select Due Date. You can filter tasks by different types of due dates.
Note: You can also filter by parent tasks or all tasks including subtasks.
• Add Filter: In addition to the above 2 filters, you can also add filters such as Assigned by, Assigned to, Followed by, Label, Priority, Due Date, Task.
• Task search bar: You can quickly enter keywords for tasks you are looking for in the task search bar.
