Timesheet

The timesheet is where data about shifts, attendance data from all sources are recorded and calculated to determine working hours, instances of missed punches or late arrivals of employees.

  • Filter and search: Helps search for employee data, department or shift.
  • Filter roster: Allows filtering of the timekeeping sheet display, such as displaying by employee, department, overlapping shifts, etc.
  • Who is working: Provides information on who has clocked in, who is late, who leaves early, who is on time, etc., and the location of employees on the map.
  • Data download: Allows downloading of timekeeping data to devices.
  • Timekeeping history: Allows checking detailed timekeeping history of each employee, edit history, and invalid data.
  • Individual timekeeping history: Hover over a shift to display an eye icon to view details of individual timekeeping.
  • Edit timekeeping data: Click the check mark icon or Edit to edit timekeeping data. Note that you can only edit timekeeping data if you have been granted Timekeeping permission.
  • View location on map: View details of timekeeping location and travel route.
  • Lock timesheet: Manually lock or auto-lock. You can choose to lock based on desired dates.
  • Timekeeping reports: You can export 16 different templates for calculating attendance, working hours, late arrivals, early departures, etc.

Q&A:

Question 1: Can customers add or remove unnecessary items from the attendance board?
Answer: The current interface of Tanca is fixed and standardized for the entire system, so customers cannot adjust these items themselves.

Question 2: How can I check the attendance report of employees?
Answer: You can check online on the Attendance Board by reviewing attendance data by day or by working hours. You can also export the attendance board in Excel format to review the data.
