Three ways to sign in

MethodUse when
Phone numberThe phone number HR entered in your profile
EmailThe work email entered in your profile
GoogleYour work email is a Google account

The phone number and email used to sign in are what HR entered in your profile, not just any number you happen to use. If you can't sign in, the first thing to do is ask HR which information is registered in your profile.

Changing your password

  1. Sign in to the system.
  2. Open your personal profile.
  3. Change your password in the account information section.
  4. Passwords must be at least 6 characters.

Forgot your password

Contact the person in charge of HR. They can reset your password right from your profile (article B2-21) and will send you a new password. Change it immediately after your first sign-in.

Keeping your account secure

  • Don't share your account with coworkers. Every clock-in, request, and payslip is tied to your account.
  • Don't reuse the password from your personal email or social media.
  • Sign out when using a shared device.
  • If you suspect someone knows your password, change it immediately and notify HR.
