These two screens bring every interaction with candidates into one place: human interviews, AI interviews, and contact calls. This article explains what each screen tracks and points out which parts don't have data yet.

Recruitment calendar

Go to Recruitment › Appointments. The system's description: AI interviews, in-person interviews, and contact calls on a single calendar.

Metric tileWhat it counts
AI interviews awaiting candidatesIn the month being viewed
In-person interviews this weekInterviews that have been scheduled
Contacts to callCalls, Zalo, SMS
Scheduling conflicts to resolveSame person, same time slot

The calendar has two views — Everyone's calendar and My calendar — plus three display layers that can be toggled on and off: Interviews, Contacts, AI Interviews.

The Scheduling conflicts to resolve tile is the one most worth watching. An interviewer booked for two sessions in the same time slot is a common operational error and leaves candidates waiting. Check this tile at the start of each week.

Three panels to the right of the calendar

PanelContentsCurrent status
Today's scheduleInterviews and contacts for the dayWorking
Auto-schedulingSuggests common free time slots for the interview panel and recommends which candidates to interview firstShows No data yet — this data has not been recorded by the system
Workload by personNumber of sessions in the month for each person in chargeEmpty until any appointments have been assigned

The Auto-scheduling panel is not working yet. Scheduling is still done manually from the candidate record. Don't build this feature into your process until it has real data.

Scheduling for a candidate

Appointments can't be created directly from the calendar screen. The system instructs: schedule an interview or contact from the candidate record**. Open the candidate on the position's board, then create the appointment from there.

AI Interview

Go to Recruitment › AI Interview. The system's description: review interviews conducted by AI, scores, and integrity signals, then make a decision. The Invite to AI interview button is at the top of the page.

Metric tileWhat it counts
TotalTotal number of sessions, including those invited but not yet started
In progressCandidates currently taking the interview
Under reviewAwaiting HR review of the results
DecidedA decision has been made
Average AI scoreAverage score of the graded sessions

Six status filters: All · Invited · In progress · Under review · Decided · Closed.

Three things AI Interview needs in order to run

  1. An interview question set in Settings (article B15-06).
  2. A position linked to that question set in step 3 of the wizard (article B15-09).
  3. A pipeline with a step that has the AI Interview role enabled (article B15-04).

The interview parameters — language, deadline, time limit, number of retakes, greeting and closing message — are set in Settings › AI Interview (article B15-07).

Reading AI interview results correctly

  • The AI score scores the answers, not the person. Non-native English speakers, people who tend to express themselves briefly, and people who have microphone problems are all disadvantaged in ways unrelated to their ability.
  • Integrity signals are a prompt to review, not a conclusion. Review the interview before making any decision based on these signals.
  • Always have a human reviewer. The Under review status exists precisely for this reason — don't automate the step from AI score straight to rejection.
  • Allow a retake when there's a technical issue. Configure the number of retakes in Settings › AI Interview.

Inform candidates in advance, in the interview invitation, that the interview is conducted by AI and recorded. In many markets, using automated systems to evaluate candidates comes with a duty to notify and a right to human review — have your company's legal department confirm that the notification content is appropriate for where you're hiring.
