You can use pre-created question sets for each job position to interview candidates consistently and professionally. During the interview, you can directly enter the candidate's answers into the system, making it easy to store, compare, and evaluate candidates effectively.

Step 1: Choose Hiring.

Step 2: Choose Hiring position you want to view. 

Step 3: Choose a candidate.

Step 4: In the Interview Questions section, fill in the candidate's answers and click Send.

Note: To manage the responses from the interviewer, go to the Answers section to keep track of them
