Downloading the app and signing with a digital signature.

Tanca integrates digital signatures with two major providers: VNPT and Viettel. In this guide, you will follow the instructions below to confirm or cancel signing a contract.

VNPT

Step1: App store/CH Play → VNPT SmartsCA to download

Step 2: Log in

Step 3: After logging in, the app will display the signing requests → tap on 'Sign' or view details to tap 'Sign'

Step 4: Enter OTP

Note: For each transaction, the signing time is limited to 5 minutes from the moment the signature is confirmed on the Tanca app. If the time expires or if you press cancel, the contract on Tanca will be considered unsigned.

VIETTEL

Step 1: App store/ CH Play → MySign to download

Step 2: Log in.

Step 3: Choose Danh sách xác thực ký

Step 4: Select the signing request → tap 'Authenticate Signature' or view details to tap 'Authenticate Signature'

Step 5: Enter OTP.

Note: For each transaction, the signing time is limited to 3 minutes from the moment the signature is confirmed on the Tanca app. If the time expires or if you press cancel, the contract on Tanca will be considered unsigned.
