Creating Automated Workflows

In automated task assignment, reporting, or reminders, assigning tasks to individuals automatically helps businesses manage daily tasks automatically instead of having to check and follow up on them daily. The system will automatically assign tasks to the next person when someone completes their task.

Step 1: Choose Tasks

Step 2: Choose a project.

Step 3: Select Customize 

Step 4: Click on Create in the Rules section. 

Step 5: The system will display suggestions for you to choose settings and set up rules. You can choose from available rule templates or Add New Rules. (These rules will work based on the If-Then principle) 

Step 5.1: Add New Rule.

• If you do not want to use the available rules, click on Add New Rule

• Next, you create Choose a rule from the Triggers column

• Select an action from the Action column that matches your desired outcome.

• Turn on Enable and click Create

Step 5.2: Create a new rule based on suggested templates.

• Click on the type of template rule you want to use. 

• Update the necessary information and click Create. 

Note: If you want to Edit or Delete a Rule:

• Select Customize

• Click on the rule you need to edit, then click on the pencil icon.

• Enter the necessary information to be adjusted and click Update

• If you do not need this rule anymore and want to delete it, select Delete rule.
