In 2016, the first KING OF CUA Restaurant was born with the dream of bringing Vietnamese crab and seafood dishes to compete with the great powers, with the goal of pursuing the style of Asian cuisine. Asian in general and quintessential Vietnamese dishes in particular.
Not only focusing on receiving goods from clean seas with diverse and abundant seafood in Vietnam, VUACUA is also especially proud of the quality of crab imported entirely from Nam Can - Ca Mau crab warehouse. , a place famous for producing the best crab in the country.
In addition, VUACUA also owns an experienced purchasing team and a strict input inspection process. All are aimed at ensuring that crabs and seafood are always fresh to create the most delicious and quality dishes for diners.
Problems
VuaCua has posted very good growth and expanded to many branches, however, there is no human resource management software good enough and suitable to be able to manage King Cua`s model.< /p>
Their timekeeping machines cannot be synchronized and must still be used by Excel export. They cannot manage remote employees, especially employees who always have to travel back and forth between their branches. King Crab needs a solution to the long-standing problem of manual human resource management.

Arrange shifts Tanca helped King Crab coordinate their work schedule by arranging Ca kip on the phone and computer. This flexible management helps eliminate the practice of scheduling using Google Sheets. Coordination from the Central Kitchen to the branches is also very convenient and flexible.
Online timekeeping VuaCua synchronizes all timekeeping machines at their branches. For branches at shopping centers, Vua Cua applies timekeeping by phone via Wifi. For supervisors who frequently move, they also apply timekeeping using GPS positioning. From there, the timesheet is processed automatically.
Automatic salary calculation The payroll is also built on Tanca, helping VuaCua not need to calculate monthly salary but fully supported by the computer.
Building online KPIs King Cua also implemented a work performance evaluation system through the online KPI system from Tanca.
