Setting up permission levels

The permission setup function allows you to manage user groups' permissions on the system in a detailed and efficient manner. You can control individual access rights, set specific permissions for user groups, and manage detailed permissions in projects and tasks on the web admin platform, ensuring security and optimizing the workflow for your business.

Step 1: Choose Avatar → Setting

Step 2: Choose Access Levels → Access Levels.

Step 3: Choose modules to edit → Choose Access or No Access for each feature.

Question 1: If I want to change permissions for a user group, will this affect individual permissions?
Answer: When you change permissions for a group, all members of that group will be affected by the change. However, if there are permissions assigned individually to a person, these individual permissions will remain and be applied along with the group permissions, unless they are adjusted separately.

Question 2: Can I assign detailed permissions down to each small feature in the system for employees?
Answer: Yes, the system allows you to assign detailed permissions down to each small feature. You can go to the Permission Management section, select the group or individual, and then customize specific permissions such as view, edit, add new, or delete information within each module, such as projects, tasks, and documents.
