Setting up AI Cameras

You can synchronize some AI cameras on the market with the Tanca system. Synchronization will allow employees to verify their attendance data on the Tanca app, and the attendance sheet will be automatically generated on Tanca. Setting up attendance on the Hanet AI camera will include 2 stages: Setting up an account on Hanet Camera Synchronizing the account and image data to Tanca.

Setting up an account on Hanet Camera

Steps:

Step 1: Download the app called Hanet on the Appstore or Google Play.

Step 2: Register an account on Hanet Connect and create a Camera location.

Step 3: Tap the Add Camera button and then tap Continue.

Step 4: In the section with the QR code icon, select Scan QR code.

Step 5: Use the AI Camera and plug it in. Use the QR Code and place it in front of the Camera to start the connection.

Step 6: After the LED flashes and the connection is successful, return to the home page and see your Camera displayed.


 

Synchronizing account and device to Tanca.

Step 1: Choose Avatar → Integration

Step 2: Choose Hanet

Step 3: Choose Connect and the connection success will be displayed

Step 4: The Login screen will appear, enter the information registered on the Hanet App for login. If correct, the system will notify success.

Synchronizing FaceID images for attendance.

Step 1: Choose Avatar → Setting

Step 2: Choose Attendance → AI Cameras → Face ID

Step 3: Choose Synchronize images to synchronize the FaceID images that have been created from the Hanet App

If there are missing images, you can create FaceID from Tanca by:

Requesting employees to update their profile picture on the Tanca app. 

Or edit and add images directly. 

Q&A:

Question 1: What types of cameras can Tanca connect with?

Answer: Currently, Tanca allows connections with AI Hanet cameras. Once the connection is successfully established and configured, and employees check in or out using the camera, the data will be synced to Tanca and recorded as attendance for your employees.

Question 2: If the camera encounters an issue, can employees use another method to clock in?

Answer: If the camera encounters an issue and fails to recognize employees, you can still allow employees to clock in directly on the Tanca app.
